CRYO ry kokous 11.5.19

Hyvät jäsenet,

Olette kutsuttuja Oulun yliopiston roolipelikerhon CRYO ry:n kokoukseen. Kokous pidetään Kaijonharjun nuorisotalolla (Kalevalantie 5, Oulu) Maracon XLII yhteydessä sunnuntaina 19.5.2019 klo 13.00. Kokouksessa esitellään hallituksen työstämä sääntömuutos. Sääntömuutoksen syynä ovat uudistuneet kriteerit OYY:n piirissä toimiville harrastejärjestöille Sääntömuutosta on mahdollista vielä muuttaa kokouksessa, eli tulkaa paikalle kuulemaan ja vaikuttamaan. Hyvien järjestökäytäntöjen mukaisesti hyväksymme sääntömuutoksen vasta seuraavassa kokouksessa, joka tulee olemaan CRYO ry:n sääntömääräinen kevätkokous kuun vaihteessa. Tämän kokouksen tarkoitus on siis hyväksyä sääntömuutoksen lopullinen muoto, jonka läpimenemisestä äänestetään seuraavassa kokouksessa.

Dear members,

You are invited to the meeting of Oulu university’s roleplaying club CRYO ry. The meetings is held at the Kaijonharju Youth house (Kalevalantie 5, Oulu) at Maracon XLII on sunday 19.5.2019 13.00. In the meeting, the board presents the planned changes to the rules of CRYO ry. The motive for the changes are the new criteria for hobby organizations under OYY. The planned changes are discussed, and they can be altered in the meeting, so please come. The vote for approval of the rule changes will be held at the next meeting of CRYO ry, which will be the spring meeting around the end of may.

Maracon XLII järjestetään 17.5-19.5 2019 Kaijonharjun nuorisotalolla. Lisää tietoa tarkemmasta aikataulusta ja toiminnasta kerrotaan myöhemmin.

Jos haluat tulla myymään nörttitavaraa tai pitämään ohjelmaa, ota yhteyttä maracon @ cryo.fi. Voit ottaa yhteyttä myös jos tarvitset majoitusta Maraconin ajaksi.

Maracon XLII will be held on 17.5-19.5 2019 at the Kaijonharju Youth house. More information about the schedule and event later.

If you want to sell some nerdy stuff or want to organize some program, please contanct maracon @ cryo.fi. Travellers who need accomodations should contant via the same address.
