Ropecon bussi 2019 lisätietoja

Menikö Ropeconbussiin ilmottautuminen syystä tai toisesta ohi? Ei hätää, sillä bussiin mahtuu vielä! Tilaa on noin kymmenkunta, ilmottaudu mukaan linkistä https://forms.gle/ce7eoWNQZU3bXtMo8
Muista ilmoittautua mukaan kyseisellä lomakkeella, sillä siitä kootaan lista jonka mukaan katsomme ketkä kaikki tulevat mukaan!

Bussi lähtee Oulun Yliopistolta 2T oven edustalta perjantaina 26.7.2019 klo 05:00. Bussi palaa takaisin sunnuntaina 28.7.2019 klo 17:00, kokoontukaa Messukeskuksen ulkopuolelle ennen sitä.
Bussin varusteiksi on ilmoitettu WLAN, USB / 230 laturit penkkipareille, DVD/CD soittimet, mikrofoni, mikro ja jääkaappi. Bussivastaavana toimii Timo Mattila.

Maksuohjeet

Bussi kustantaa molempiin suuntiin yhteensä 70e. Yhteen suuntaan matkaaville bussi on 35e. Jyväskylästä mukaan tuleville / Jyväskylään jääville matka maksaa puolet (35e tai 17.5e).
Maksa rahat tilille FI18 8000 1070 8009 00 (Danske Bank) ja laita mukaan viestiksi oma nimesi + “Ropeconbussi” (Esim: Matti Mallikas Ropeconbussi)
Maksa matkasi 31.7.19 mennessä.

The bus leaves from the University of Oulu, in front of 2T doors on friday 26.7.2019 klo 05:00. The bus returns to Oulu on sunday 29.7.2019 at 17:00, please gather outside the Ropecon near that time.
The bus has WLAN, USB / 230 sockets, DVD/CD player, microphone, microwave and a fridge. The bus manager is Timo Mattila.

Payment Instructions

The bus trip both ways costs 70e. For those who travel only one way, the price is 35e. Trips from/to Jyväskylä are halved in price (35e or 17.5e).
Pay the money to FI18 8000 1070 8009 00 (Danske Bank) and attach a message with your own name + “Ropeconbussi” (e.g. Matti Mallikas Ropeconbussi)
Please pay your ticket by the end of July 31.7.19.

Ropecon-bussi tulee taas!

Oulun yliopiston roolipelikerho CRYO ry järjestää jälleen kerran bussikyydin Oulusta Ropeconiin ja takaisin. Bussi kulkee Jyväskylän kautta, ja bussi voi ottaa ihmisiä kyytiin myös sieltä. Kaikki henkilöt ovat tervetulleita mukaan matkaan!

Ropeconbussi on erityisen hyvä siitä syystä, että se vie matkaajat suoraan messukeskuksen luokse Ropeconin alkaessa, ja noukkii heidät sieltä takaisin kotimatkalle heti Ropeconin loputtua. Bussissa on myös paljon samanhenkisiä kanssamatkustajia, ja useampi kuin yksi roolipeli on pelattu aikaisemmissa busseissa, joten matka taittuu oikein mukavasti hyvässä seurassa.

Huomio, ilmottautuminen on auki 7.7 asti. Varaamme matkaa varten bussin johon kaikki ilmoittautuneet mahtuvat matkaan, emmekä takaa että myöhemmin enää mahtuu mukaan. Ilmoittautuminen on sitova!

Tarkka aikataulu, bussin tiedot ja maksuohjeet tulevat myöhemmin. Bussin kokonaishinta on maksimissaan 70€. Tarkka hinta määräytyy myöhemmin bussin koon & matkustajien lukumäärän pohjalta.

Ropecon-bus comes again!

Meaning, the Oulu university’s roleplaying club CRYO ry is arranging a bus excursion from Oulu to Ropecon in Helsinki and back again 26th July and 28th of July 2019. The bus will also make a stop in Jyväskylä, where you can join or leave the bus ride as well. All are welcome aboard the Ropecon-bus!

Ropecon-bus is a good method of transportation for you to go to Ropecon, because it will take you straight to Messukeskus Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, and it will pick you up from there as well straight when Ropecon ends. There are also many likeminded people on the bus, and more than one role-playing game has been played in the embrace of the previous buses. So the journey will go smoothly with some great company!

Hox, the last day to sign up is 7.7. We will reserve a bus where there’s room for everyone who signed up, and we can’t promise that any latecomers can fit at that point into the trip. Also remember that signing up is binding!

The accurate schedule, bus information and payment info will come later to those who signed up. The max amount that this trip will cost is 70 €. The actual price (which could be lower) will be set later according to the size of the bus and the final amount of passengers.
