Hyvät cryolaiset,
Oulun yliopiston roolipelikerhon CRYO ry:n hallitus kutsuu yhdistyksen kokoukseen äänestämään yhdistyksen sääntömuutoksesta. Kokous pidetään Oulun yliopistolla Telluksessa Frost Clubilla perjantaina 16.8.2019, alkaen klo 18:00. Edellisessä kokouksessa 19.5.2019 muotoiltiin säännöt, joista nyt äänestetään. Hallituksen perustama sääntötyöryhmä on todennut sääntöjen muodon riittäväksi sillä lisäyksellä, että kohtaan 5§ tarkennetaan että hallitus voi hyväksyä minkä tahansa maksun vaihtoehtoisella maksutavalla. Aiemmin ehdotetussa muodossa vain jäsenmaksun pystyi hyväksymään korvaavalla tavalla.
Ehdotetun kohdan 5§ mukaan CRYO ry voisi periä jäsenmaksun myös ainaisjäseniltä, ja kaikkien maksujen suuruudesta päättäisi yhdistyksen kokous. Sääntötyöryhmä on pohtinut, että tällöin yhdistys voi säätää jäsenmaksun suuruuden haluamakseen. Maksu voi olla esimerkiksi 0e (tai 1e), ja pakollinen ilmoittautuminen aktiivisuudestaan, ja samalla muuttuneiden jäsentietojen päivitys. Jäsenet jotka eivät maksaisi tätä maksua voitaisiin erottaa järjestöstä. Työryhmä pohti tämän riittävän siihen, että epäaktiiviset jäsenet täten erotetaan järjestöstä, ja vain aktiiviset jäsenet jäävät. Tämän prosessin kautta jäsenten olisi myös helppo erota järjestöstä.

Unfortunately, CRYO does not have their rules in English. However, all members who do not speak Finnish are also welcome to come and vote. The main question, one about the membership, is opened in this mail. English version of the rules will probably be written in the future.
Content of the rule change proposal was decided at the last meeting of CRYO ry on 19.5.2019. The rule change committee, formed by the board of CRYO to work on this problem, thinks that these changes are adequate with the clarification to 5§, that the board may accept any payment as something else (e.g. boardgames of equal of greater value), not just the yearly membership fee.
With the changes to 5§, CRYO ry would be able to collect a yearly membership fee from all the members of CRYO. The amount of this payment would be decided at a meeting of CRYO (i.e. by the members, not by the board alone). For example, this fee could be 0e (or 1e) and a message that the member would like to remain as a member, and their updated personal information. Members who fail to pay this fee could be removed from CRYO.
