17.9, 24.9. & 1.10. – Peli-illat, joissa tarjolla aloittelijaystävällisiä roolipelejä!
Näihin peli-iltoihin kannattaa erityisesti tulla, sillä luvassa on roolipelaamista! Haluamme näissä peli-illoissa tarjota pelimahdollisuutta etenkin fukseille ja heille, jotka eivät ole vielä kokeilleet roolipelaamista tai ovat vielä aika roolipelinyyppiä. Toki tilan riittäessä muutkin mahtuvat pelaamaan! Tule rohkeasti kokeilemaan ropettamista parin tunnin pelissä, pelit alkavat klo 17-18 tienoilla. Tervetuloa pelaamaan kanssamme!

25.9. Syyspelirekry!
Kyseessä on perinteinen roolipelirekry uusille roolipelikampanjoille. Olit sitten aloitteleva ropeltaja tahi konkari, pelinjohtaja joka etsii pelaajia tai pelaaja joka etsii peliä, tämä tapahtuma on sinulle! Pelirekryssä esitellään alkavia roolipelejä, kerätään peliporukoita isommille lautapeleille ja yleisesti ottaen haetaan pelikavereita. Pelirekry pidetään keskiviikkona 25.9. klo 18:00 alkaen Oulun yliopiston Tellus Frost Club -tilassa.

12.10. Fantasiapelit-ekskursio, tuttavallisemmin Fantsu-eksku (VAIN JÄSENILLE)
Fantsu-eksku tulee taas! Tähän tapahtumaan mennessä kannattaa viimeistään jäsenöityä, sillä vain jäsenet voivat osallistua ekskulle!
Fantasiapelit-ekskursio on jo perinteeksi muodostunut jäsentapahtuma, jossa CRYOlaiset menevät joukolla heittämään seteleitä kohti ystävällistä paikallista pöytäpelikauppaa, ja saavat vastineeksi parhaimmat tuotteet ja alan kuumimmat juorut! Tämä on ainoa aika vuodesta, kun Fantsusta saa jäsen-alea (-10 %) vieläkin paremmat ostoedut!
Ennen Fantasiapelit-kauppaan menoa on perinteisesti ollut myös pubikierros, jossa voi pöhistä tulevista ostoksistaan. Paikan päällä on ostosten jälkeen yleensä saatavilla pikkusuolaisia, ja ekskun jälkeen saattaa olla olemassa saunamahdollisuus… Lisää tietoa tapahtumasta tulee vielä myöhemmin, pysykää kuulolla!
16.10. GM-workshop! (jäsenille)
GM-workshop on CRYOn jäsentapahtuma, jossa kaikki roolipelaamisesta kiinnostuneet pääsevät keskustelemaan ja suunnittelemaan ratkaisuja peleissä esiintyviin ongelmiin. Ongelmat saavat olla mitä tahansa: Haluatko tietää, miten pitkä kampanja suunnitellaan? Tarvitsetko viisi valmishahmoa systeemiin X? GM-workshop auttaa! Työpajamuotoista keskustelua luvassa. Tervetuloa pajailemaan Frost Clubiin klo 18:00 alkaen!

17.9, 24.9. & 1.10. – Game nights with beginner friendly role-playing games!
These game nights are even more special to visit, because there will role-playing games to play! In these game nights, we want to offer the chance to try tabletop role-playing especially for new students and those who have not yet tried role-playing before, and for other rpg beginners. Of course, as long as there’s room, everyone’s welcome! Come and take a chance on tabletop rpg:s in one of these couple hours -long games, the games start at around 17 or 18. All are welcome to join!

Maracon, that biggest and the fairest of tabletop game events here in Oulu, comes again this Fall to the youth house of Kaijonharju (Kalevalantie 5) on 21.-22.9.2019! 25.9. Fall Game Recruitment!
This CRYO’s traditional role-playing game recruitment event for new role-playing campaigns. Whether you are a newbie or an experienced gamer, a Game Master looking for players or a player looking for games, this event is for you! In the game recruitment event people are invited to present their new games, find groups for larger board games and so on, and generally meet and seek new people to play with! Game recruitment is held at 18:00 on Wednesday 25th of September at Tellus Frost Club.

12.10. Fantasiapelit-excursion, more familiarly Fantsu-eksku (MEMBERS ONLY)
Fantsu-eksku comes again! If you want to join this event, then you should become a member at least on this date, ’cause it’s exclusive!
Fantasiapelit-excursion is a member event already painted in the hall of tradition, and in this event CRYO-members swarm and go throw money at our friendly local tabletop game store here in Oulu, and in return we get the best products and the hottest takes of what’s what in games! This is the only time of the year when we get an even better membership benefit for buying at Fantasiapelit than usual (usually you get -10 % with your card)!
Before entering Fantasiapelit -store there is usually a pub crawl as part of the experience, and there you have the opportunity to hype all the games you’re going to purhcase. At Fantasiapelit, after all the buying of the games -business has ended, there is usually some snacks and fun times downstairs, and this time there might be a possibility of sauna in the evening… More info about the event will follow later, for now, mark down the date and stay tuned!
16.10. GM-workshop! (for members)
GM Workshop is an event for all members of CRYO, where everyone who is interested in role-playing games gets to discuss and seek solutions to practical problems or questions they may have concerning possible upcoming games. We’re taking on every problem imaginable: Want to learn how to plan a long campaign? Need five premade characters for system X? We’re here to help! Be prepared for workshopping and discussing here. GM Workshop will be held on Wednesday 16th of October at the University of Oulu’s Tellus Frost Club room. Welcome to our event!
