Oulun yliopiston roolipelikerho CRYO järjestää sääntömääräisen syyskokouksensa 2018 lauantaina 8.12. kello 16:00 alkaen. Kokouspaikkana toimii Loositalo (Kaarnatie 36).
Huomatkaa, että kokouksessa puhutaan myös tärkeästä, OYY jäsenyyteen liittyvistä asioista. OYY on keskustellut asiasta 12/2018 kokouksessaan. Tämä tulee vaikuttamaan CRYO ry:n jäsenyyteen tulevaisuudessa.

University of Oulu’s Roleplaying Club CRYO ry arranges statutory autumn meeting on saturday 8th of december starting at 16:00. The meeting is held at Loositalo (Kaarnatie 36).
Please note, that in this meeting we will also talk about the OYY boards meeting 12/2018, where they stated new criteria to the hobby organizations. Especially the OYY membership of the people of those organizations . This will affect the membership of CRYO in the future.

Unfortunately, this meeting and the rules are both in Finnish only. To summarise, the problem is that for organizations to work with OYY, 50% of their members have also to be members of OYY. Starting from 2019, those organizations (e.g. CRYO) has to be able to prove this when requested.
After the meeting starts the CRYO pre-christmas party.
