CRYOn yleiskokous 2.9.2019 – mitä päätettiin / CRYOs meeting 2.9.2019 – what was decided

CRYO on päättänyt hallituksen ehdotuksen mukaisesti, että vuosijäsenyydessä liittymismaksu ja sen jälkeen vuosittainen maksu on jatkossakin 5 €, ja ainaisjäsenyys tulee olemaan yhä 20 € liittymismaksultaan, ja tämän jälkeen vuosittainen jäsenmaksu on ainaisjäsenelle 0 € oman aktiivisen jäsenyyden ilmoittamisen yhteydessä. Päätettiin, että vuosi 2019 on siirtymäaikaa, ja seuraavana vuonna eli vuonna 2020 CRYO aloittaa ilmoitusten keräämisen. Lisää tietoa tulee vielä myöhemmin aiheesta, joten pysykää kuulolla, mutta tänä vuonna ei ole luvassa vielä muutoksia!

CRYO has decided to go with the board’s suggestion of 5 € joining fee and 5 € following yearly membership fee for yearly membership, and 20 € joining fee for the forever-membership, with the following yearly fee being 0 € with sending a notification of being an active member of CRYO. It was decided that year 2019 will be transition time, and CRYO will begin asking for notifications in the year 2020. Stay tuned for more information about that later on, but for now, nothing will change for the rest of the year!

CRYO ry kokous 2.9.2019

CRYO ry:n uudet säännöt ovat rekisteröity 23.8.2019. Säännöissä lukee:

5§ Liittymis- ja jäsenmaksu

Vuosijäseniltä perittävän liittymismaksun, ainaisjäseniltä perittävän liittymismaksun ja vuotuisen jäsenmaksun suuruudesta päättää yhdistyksen kokous. Hallitus voi hyväksyä maksujen suorittamisen myös vastaavan arvoisena tai arvokkaampana palveluna tai lahjoituksena.

Täten CRYO ry:n hallitus kutsuu koolle yhdistyksen kokouksen, jossa päätetään liittymis- ja vuotuisten jäsenmaksujen suuruudet. Kokouksessa voidaan myös linjata muita käytäntöjä liittyen jäsenmaksuihin. Kokous pidetään Oulun yliopistolla Tellus Frost Clubilla maanantaina 2.9.2019 klo 18.00. Hallitus ehdottaa seuraavia maksujen suuruuksia:

Vuosijäsenyys: liittyminen 5e, vuotuinen jäsenmaksu 5e.

Ainaisjäsenyys: liittyminen 20e, vuotuinen jäsenmaksu 0e, ja ilmoitus halukkuudesta olla edelleen aktiivinen CRYO ry:n jäsen.

The new rules of CRYO ry have been registered on 23.8.2019. In the rules it reads, that the joining and membership fees are determined by the meeting of CRYO ry. Hence, you are all invited to come and decide on this next monday 2.9.2019 18:00 at the Tellus Frost Club, University of Oulu. At the meeting, other general guidelines in regards of the memberships might be decided. The board suggets the following fees:

Yearly membership: Joining 5e, yearly fee 5e.

Lifetime membership: Joining 20e, yearly fee 0e, and the member has to inform the board that they want to stay as an active member of CRYO ry.

Maracon, the biggest and perhaps the most beautiful of tabletop game events in Oulu, comes again this Fall to the youth house of Kaijonharju (Kalevalantie 5) on 21.-22.9.2019!
